No Returns: As our items are personalized and made to the specifications of the order, we cannot provide refunds.
However, exchanges may be authorized for defective items, as we stand behind the quality of our products and strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturer defects please complete the exchange inquiry form below and a representative will reach out to you within one business day.
*Exchange inquiries must be made within 15 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
